Lovely Americanized Chinese food for when you're in the area. I had beef fried rice which came out quickly, but lacked in flavor. Service was quick and friendly.

The restaurant itself is clean and has a great feel to it. Unfortunately that's where the positive qualities end. We had reservations for 5pm, it took until 7pm to get our food. Waitstaff except for one gentleman was absolutely terrible. This was my first visit, and I assumed the General Tso's chicken would be the best dish to begin my experience with. That also turned out unfortunate. It had absolutely no spice to it, was more along the lines of an orange chicken without the orange. Others at my table had mushrooms that had a similar texture to that of a car tire. Overall, I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone. Especially anyone that wants good Chinese food as this place completely misses the mark.

Recently visited this restaurant for lunch during our stay in Stockbridge.The food was above average, service satisfactory and the ambiance was ok. There was something odd with the texture and taste of the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice (was either undercooked or from an old batch). Pad Thai was a bit flavorless, as well. The family tables can definitely be a little bigger. It was like working out a jig saw puzzle trying to keep all 4 plates and cutlery.

I saw so many great reviews for the Panda House Restaurant, that I wanted to try it. Since I was in the area, I went in & had lunch there. It was an early lunch, so the pot of tea came late. I would have stayed, but had an appointment to get to. I was disappointed that they did not have combo meal specials. The soup was good; served in a small bowl. I had Cashew Chicken with brown rice which was very good. I needed a box to take the remainder home. Serving size more than adequate. The young lady who served me was patient with REPEATING the choices, like white or brown rice? I thought the choice was white or fried rice.

The place was a real treat! There wasn't a wait in any line, we were seated as soon as we walked in. I love that they bring you tea and water as soon as you're sat down. (Tea was very hot/excellent) Definitely worth a stop with the family or a date. And don't forget ALWAYS TIP!

Has gone way downhill. Last three times we ordered and food was bad with missing items. Today's order was an hour late, missing an item, missing shrimp in another, missing sauce on a third item and was cold. Shame used to be the best.

General Tso's chicken - Sauce good flavor, crispy outside but a little dry inside. BBQ spare ribs - dry, greasy not very good. Good amount of utencils, napkins. Rated average 4.2 more like a solid 3.5.
